• Chatter as Alcoa (AA) kicks off the "official" start to earnings season tonight...
• Some concerns that the S&P 500 (SPX) may be overextended...
• Some optimism [subscription required] on Vodafone Group PLC (VOD) as it is said "Not only is the stock cheap by some measures, supporters say, but Vodafone also is showing some signs that it might be able to withstand the competitive pressures on call prices better than previously thought..."
• Some optimism [subscription required] on USG Corp. (USG) as it is noted that Warren Buffett's firm, Berkshire Hathaway, is buying the stock...
