The! Biggest! News! of! the! Day! - Not Procter & Gamble or Employment Data

Here are some of the contenders for today's biggest...news...of...the...day...

  • Better-than-expected earnings from Procter & Gamble (PG)...
  • A push by Microsoft (MSFT) to curb counterfeit software...
  • Word that Berkshire Hathaway is buying shares of Target (TGT) and Johnson & Johnson (JNJ)...
  • This morning's employment costs data...
  • Details behind Merrill Lynch's upbeat comments on Yahoo (YHOO)...
  • A new iPod from Apple Computer (APPL)...

While those are all stories worth watching, I think it is obviously clear that the biggest story is - Man builds 3,300-pound rubber band ball...now before you believe that this is a completely worthless endeavor consider its uses - "such as using a forklift to drop the ball on an old van"...as you might expect he said - "It was awesome...It completely flattened the roof and blew the doors off."...finally! We can now defend ourselves against the evil influences of the minivan!
