The! Biggest! News! of! the! Day! - Not Post-Fed Rally or Motorola's Warning

Here are some of the contenders for today's biggest...news...of...the...day...

  • CNNMoney's take on the Fed's decision and market rally...
  • BusinessWeek's take on the Fed's decision and market rally...
  • MarketWatch's take on the Fed's decision and market rally...
  • The New York Times' take on the Fed's decision and market rally...
  • The lowered forecast from Motorola (MOT)...the wireless handset maker, under pressure from Carl Icahn, will boost its share-buyback program and restructure its management ranks...
  • Earnings from KB Home (KBH)...the home builder reported earnings of 34 cents a share, compared to expectations of 25 cents a share...the CEO expressed some concerns about a tough year ahead but the stock is showing a mild gain in pre-open action...

While those are all stories worth watching, I think it is obviously(?) clear that the biggest story is well, you decide...my colleague Beth Gaston Moon believes it is - Hooters heads for the Holy Land while I think that Teacher chided for bite during wedgie is worth noting...

As a personal note, I would go to pretty much anything length to avoid a wedgie...biting, kicking, punching - I think it is all fair game in the name of self-defense...
