The! Biggest! News! of! the! Day! - Not Tobacco Ruling or Lennar

Here are some of the contenders for today's biggest...news...of...the...day...

• A new ruling against the tobacco industry that knocked Altria (MO) for six percent yesterday...
• A lower outlook from Lennar (LEN)...
• A forecast from Lowe's Cos (LOW) that came in at the lower end of its prior range...
• Optimism on Washington Mutual (WM) that says "The worst may be over..."

While those are all stories worth watching, I think it is obviously clear that the biggest story is this one - "Low cost rocket fails to reach space"...aside from the shocking news that a "low cost" spaceship failed to work, this is disappointing because it means that a "Ziploc bag of Cheerios" (one of the payload items) didn't make it into space...think of what we could have accomplished with that...
